How enterprises store and protect data is important in keeping consumers’ data secure. To stay ahead of threats, companies have relied on advanced systems, such as biometric authentication, to secure data. However, many hacks occur due to how an enterprises’ database architecture is designed - many of which are designed pre-Internet. As a result, common practice has been to create singular databases for apps such as CRM, ERP, Identity Management, etc. The unintended result is when those are moved to the Cloud, the traditional architecture becomes primed for bad actors. Using unsuitable architectures means all fraudsters have to do is hack a single database and they have access to everything. The result? Breaches like that of Equifax. In this session, David Harding, CTO of SD based ImageWare Systems, a company that provides end-to-end digital ID verification, will talk about the options enterprises have to update their database architectures and avoid costly data breaches.

We would want to also show data on businesses, trends, and even talk about new waves of business ideas (ie Conscious Capitalism, B Corp etc) and discuss how trust needs to permeate. We would love to do a "Twitter" QnA.I launched TEDxGrandCanyonUniversity and I was a former professor. I would love this to be both Socratic, but with some key takeaways that focus on building trust.

End-to-end testing is a critical component of a comprehensive test suite for real production software. At the same time, true end-to-end tests require browser-based frameworks, which are notoriously flaky, slow, and expensive to run.Investing in E2E tests can supercharge the stability of your whole product. Fast and modular tests can be run at scale, so you can maintain a high degree of confidence in your releases even as your team grows. When tests are stable, they can be run automatically to prevent bugs before deployment (or even against each commit before merge!). In this talk, we will cover a range of technical investments that allow your team to run browser-based Selenium tests quickly and reliably.
