In her 20 years of consulting she has led business strategy and technology initiatives serving clients in healthcare, financial services, and retail industries at companies including Dell EMC, Best Buy, ECOLAB, and IDEXX Laboratories. After an extensive career at firms Accenture and Alliance Global Services, Lauren opened her own consultancy, LoyaltyCraft, in 2016 to focus on what matters most: The Customer Experience. In addition to running her consulting practice, Lauren is a Business Advisor at the Brink (Small Business Development Center (SBDC) for Innovation at the University of San Diego) and a fractional CCO with a fin-tech startup. Lauren is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), the San Diego Ambassador of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), and a board member of the OC American Marketing Association. She is a frequent speaker and workshop facilitator on understanding the customer, digital experience, and employee engagement.
